You should also ensure that you strengthen the muscles that support the back. You should avoid all the activities that will place stress on your back. Fitness is divided into three main areas. These include strength, cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility.
To maintain one’s fitness, one should watch on the diet he or she takes. You should maintain a healthy diet. This is a diet that has a balanced proportion of nutrients and minimal amounts of fats, sugar and salt. A healthy diet means a diet that maintains nutrients intake and reduces the amount of salt, fat, sugar, and cholesterol. Some of such conditions include heart disease, lessened sexual drive, headaches, obesity, among others. People who maintain healthy diets rarely succumb to the common minor illnesses like the lesser form of influenza, because the healthy diet provides ample energy and nutrients to the body.
To sum it all on weight loss & fitness, I will say that it start as a hard task but gradually becomes easier as one gets to the program as gets to see or feel the healthy benefits associated with it. Walking or jogging will for example get easier or comfortable after you walk or jog for a couple of days or weeks, so you should be encouraged try loosing weight and enjoy the benefit of fitness.
